"Waren bereits das zweite mal dort. Preisleistung stimmt. Frühstück große Auswahl. Abendsessen ebenso. Poolanlage könnte verschönert werden. Safe kostet 3 Euro pro Tag. 2 Strandtücher sind kostenlos bis zum Austausch (2 Euro). Liegen am Strand 21 Euro pro Tag (2 Liegen mit Schirm)."
"Amazing! I stayed 5 night and can’t speak highly enough about my experience . The staff is so friendly, kind and most importantly so resourceful to want to help you. Everyone is smiling and there to make your stay lovely. The spa, sauna and steam was great. The location to be across the street from the ocean… perfection! Breakfast included is epic… highly recommend. It’s an extremely safe neighbourhood as well allowing you to walk in and out of town without any stress. They clean your room...
"Great place to stay, right in between Pollenca and Alcudia so lots to do around and lots to do in the resort. Would definitely stay again but one thing that stood out was, despite breakfast closing at 10:30am, when we arrived at around 10, food on the buffet was already being put away and tables cleared right next to us. If breakfast is supposed to shut at 10:30 I should not be limited to what I can eat or where I can sit until that time, doing so massively reduces the experience. Other than...
"Lovely location in a quiet area and short walk to beach and town.
Fab breakfast buffet, range of food in evening buffet is good however the food is not kept hot enough
Generally around the resort the staff were good but we found reception staff to be curt and not giving you the greeting you would expect when checking in at this type of resort
Hotel offered live music each night in the main bar
Hotel car park is far too small for hotel and most parking is along a unpaved road past the hotel"
"Würden wieder kommen ☺️ Das Personal an der Rezeption hat deutsch gesprochen und war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und der Balkon waren sehr schön und ausreichend groß. Die Lage ideal. Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Tür. Dort ist außerdem auch ein Supermarkt der bis 22:30 auf hat für den Late Night Drink auf dem Zimmer 😉"
"Amazing location just across the little port, straight on the main promenade. Breakfast option was very good, with variety of choices and attentive staff."
"Location is excellent, room very clean, all staff very professional if we needed anything it was sorted straight away , would be nice if there was parking but we managed to get street parking. Food was well cooked but a bit the same most evenings. Would stay again if we were going back to Cala Millor."
"The hotel itself was quite nice and had a lot of potential, which is what makes our experience all the more disappointing.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was unnecessarily long and we weren’t given basic information about the hotel, such as the amenities or where breakfast was served. Having stayed in hotels before, we would have expected this to be covered as part of a normal check-in.
We had also booked two rooms and were extremely disappointed to find that they were significantly...
"Perfect stay. The hotel was even better than expected in terms of design and landscaping. Multiple pool options is nice and located 2 min from the beach. All the staff are all extremely kind and helpful. There is a buffet but they were able to advise with allergies. Provided a great cot and kettle when staying with baby. Highly recommend it and already planning to come back."
"Room quite small.Bed not for tall
people.Not relaxing space inside
room.People still smoke on the
balcony.Delivery car every morning wake up.Staff don’t speak English properly (make mistake). But everyone very friendly.Close to the beach.Excellent food."
