"We've stayed here before amd had a really positive experience, but was disappointed on this occasion. Our room was on the top floor and as soon as we opened the door to our room it smelled of smoke. There were peanut remnants on the carpet and the shower was a dribble at best that would go off mid-shampoo because of the lack of water pressure. "The staff at reception were most helpful and the location was good. Their restaurant stopped service food at 8:30pm and I just got to the hotel at 8:25pm. The staff at reception pre-ordered my food with the kitchen staff while I went to my room to drop the bag off. I really appreciated their kindness and help. However, the food quality was poor. "Perfect stay, especially for the price. I believe we got a good Sunday deal! Extremely good location, near everything you want in Leeds and extremely comfortable room and bed. Aircon worked well, room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! We also ate there in the evening and it was also great (if a bit expensive). "Have stayed here before and will most definitely again. Convenient location for the theatre which is why we were here. Thr staff on reception and at breakfast were very cheerful snd helpful, thee room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. Also if you were eating out in the evening there are loads of varied restaurants in the immediate location."
