"During my stay, a member of the cleaning staff iron my dress because hitel doesn't provide iron due to ':safety reasons " Unfortunately, they severely damaged the garment while pressing it. When I brought this issue to management's attention, they were dismissive refused to offer fair compensation for the ruined dress. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...
"The location was excellent within walking distance of the castle, other sites of interest, shopping, and restaurants.
Our loft type room was modern, clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed the included breakfast.
Note: Parking was a bit confusing. We found a lot that was very close to our room which was in a different building location than the main hotel."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing.
At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest...
