"We recently stayed at Tivoli Hotel and, given the high nightly rate, expected a much better experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well maintained. Our room was nice, and the front desk staff we spoke with in person were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay disappointing. We did not receive the spacious family room we had booked. Instead, we were told we had been "upgraded," but our teenage son lost the sofa bed included with the family room and was...

"Nice,clean comfy room close the centre of CPH - only a short bike ride or the metro is right across the street. Breakfast was AMAZING - for the price category. I would definitely stay here again. Only criticism is the hotel, like many in CPH lacks AC and it was very hot during our visit."
