We had a great stay! The room was spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in town.

Excellent location near a metro station and walking distance to the main Copenhagen Central metro station. Excellent morning breakfast bar including lactose-free and gluten free options. I highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: Friendly attentive staff, nice quiet room ( I slept really well), great choice at breakfast. The hotel is ideally situated, literally minutes away from some great bars and restaurants in the old meat packing area. It was our first stay in Copenhagen and exceeded my expectations. It’s a safe, clean and friendly place with a real sense of community. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

This hotel was in a fun neighborhood full of lots of things to do. It is within walking distance of the train station and many trendy restaurants and bars. The hotel is fabulous-clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and the most amazing breakfast. It has a restaurant and bar that are convenient and have a great vibe. One thing to note is that there is at least one dance bar close enough to make it noisy late at night; when I mentioned this upon checking out, staff said to request a quieter room on the other side of the building next time.

The lobby has a great vibe and the bar was fun! The breakfast spread is impressive also. The very best though, was the staff. I stepped off a curb wrong and broke my ankle while touring the city. I returned to the hotel by cab and the staff were very caring. They provided a wheelchair, crutches and filled ice bags several times for me. They helped us navigate the healthcare system and figure out which ER to go to in addition to hailing a cab. When I mentioned anticipating difficulty taking a shower, they even provided a shower chair! I can't say enough about how caring and generous they were. I would whole heartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to many bars and restaurants and about a 20 minute walk into the city. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. Staff were friendly in both reception and the bar/restaurant. Unfortunately the sound proofing wasn’t great as you can hear other guests constantly opening and closing their loud doors through the night when trying to sleep, which isn’t good if you’re an insomniac. First hotel I’ve ever stayed in where there is no bar fridge which is bizarre. There was no bath mat which was strange. The pillows are small so I’m glad I brought my own. The value for money therefore isn’t great.
