"Amazing"

"One of our favourite hotels on our trip, enjoyed accessing the bath. The room was beautiful and carefully appointed"

"My double bed room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hotel breakfast buffet! I’d highly recommend it because there are few food options around other than convenience stores open before 10 or 11am. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and pop in the lobby and we appreciated the filtered water refill stations on each floor. "Helpful staff. Good breakfast"

"Fantastic and very helpful staff! Clean and very comfy beds. Lovely view! And so handy to have station on the door step."

"Friendly staff"

"Double room with double bed left little room for suitcases. Shower good. Great views from breakfast room on 29th floor. Breakfast had a strong focus on Japanese dishes."

The hotel does not have its own parking facilities....

"Très bon petit déjeuner , très varié. Personnel serviable. Le Onsen fait la différence."

"三ノ宮までポートライナーでアクセスできる便利さもありながら、静かで快適だった"

"Extremely convenient location with fantastic views of either the inlet or the park. Check in and check out was easy. Room was dated, needed updating, and smelled like Body Odor. They had amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, washcloths, etc."
