"Staff was good but very greedy. Changed prices upon checking in. I got sick and Doctor over there asked for 1000 Egy pounds before coming to examine me. However staff inside the restaurants and on the beach/pool were super nice and helpful. Mr. Hussein Khalifa was very nice and took care of my whole family at the Italian restaurant. "There is no pharmacy inside the hotel. The evening shows were good Not equipped by wheelchairs and ramps to move around freely without any stairs objections. Staff is courteous. Good food."
