"They have a hot tub on the top floor which would have been great as we booked the Terrace suite , however it was very old , did not work properly and was not clean . Very old they need to replace it . It was very dirty. Also no canopy over it as it was broken and we informed staff who said that the maintenance sense man would fix it , this didn’t happen whilst we were there. Would have been nice to use hot tub not only one set of jets were working and it was not clean . Head rest fell of and it...

"Great stay"

"This is a nice hotel and excellent for cyclists with convenient Nike storage in tueblower level. Staff were very friendly and the buffet was great."

"Stay somewhere else would be my recommendation. We had safety issues with not being able to lock our room which was more of a concern for us having young kids. Only minor negative thing is that the shower isn’t designed very well - the edge of the shower tray isn’t high enough, meaning that...
