"Staff was absolutely amazing. Every single person from valet, front desk, room service, bellhop, etc. was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. That being said, I understood the Omni to have a high reputation, and that expectation was far from met. My room was small and basic, no different or better than hotels of lesser reputation. I had broken outlet covers, i had a window with missing/broken blinds. My shower handle and trim were loose and wobbly. Overall, I'd say this was a motel...

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really nicely done and very clean. Loved the fireplace in the common room downstairs. They had a nice restaurant and someone singing on a Tuesday. It was a great place. I would totally stay there again."
