"It was fine. Staff very nice. Restaurant is very good. For some reason the items in the room were dusty. You could see the dust on the glasses etc. Not clear why. Bathroom looked newly tiled and clean."

"Really appreciated the (slightly) early check in, meant we could unpack and get straight into our plans. Thankyou :)"

"I enjoy staying at the heartland. Convient to park and leave car. Shuttle service round the clock is great."

"Hotel was wonderful to stay nice and clean"

"Exceptionally good service and overall great stay."

"Good location and amazing views. Great size room, clean with everything you need. Very helpful and attentive staff. Was a bit noisy hearing people partying around the harbour, even with windows closed."
