"Wunderbares Hotel, extrem schön gelegen."

"Rien à voir avec les photos publicité mensongère, ne vaut pas le prix d’un 4 étoiles. Heureusement que le personnel etait sympathique à fuire"

"Very nice property and relaxing pool. A welcoming relief from the touristy crowds in Arles."

"The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!"

"Very few staying which was reflected in an almost empty 'restauramt' (the actual restaurant was closed. Menu was odd, a formula, many things though not available. Staff were lovely and room was clean."
