The hotel is right on the beach which we loved. The too was clean and had a nice balcony. We did half board. The food was of poor quality and we would not do that again

The property is not a 4* hotel. It is unbelievable that there is pay per in the lounge and no sport channel.we had to go to other hotels or restaurants. The advert says there is a gym.not true.very dissapointed.breakfast and restaurant was very good.room was clean. Stayed 6 nights and fridge door was never fixed.no.521. Had to change room 522 because lock was faulty 2days and my sons couldnt get in. The place needs maintenance and then should be opened.exit door with sensor to beach wasnt working.only the nice brown haired lady at reception on monday afternoon 14th april was very good help.All the others were poor but not rude

Not worth the money

Asked for a double bed, got 2 singles 1 single bed the leg was broken The shelf next to the bed not fixed properly Nearly coming off the wall Breakfast was terrible Used to do omelette’s & more fresh food. But now cold toasties & cold fried eggs.

The hotel is already pretty worn down. We received a room on the third floor next to the elevators and each time they moved we had the feeling that a train is arriving. Hence, we could not sleep during the night. When we arrived, we could not close the balcony door. The staff promised to repair it but nobody came. Ok the second day we asked to change the room but as the hotel was fully booked, it was not possible. The parking situation in Roses is also terrible. When we arrived, there was no space in the hotel‘s garage and it took as 30 minutes to find a parking. The staff at the reception did not even try to help us.

Not the greatest experience at this hotel. The woman checking us in was very distracted and basically just handed us our keys and gave us no information whatsoever. When you travel half way around the earth, it is nice to at least be greeted with a "welcome"--definitely need to up their hospitality. The location is nice--right on the waterfront and the room had a nice partial view--basic but clean. We went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner and it was closed? There was only a buffet that had a huge tour group. We tried to ask the staff if there were any other dining options and they were very rude and quickly snapped by with a "no...only buffet". Just really bad vibes here. It wasn't a great way to start a 2 week vacation in Spain. It was the beginning of October and it felt like the staff was just really over tourist season. Also, no coffee or tea options in room or lobby. I'm sure we could have found a better place to stay than this.

Vue sur mer en lateral, a 2 kilomètre a pieds du centre ville. Hotel relativement daté mais globalement propre En revanche pas d'eau chaude mais tiède pour la douche pendant 2 jours. L'eau non potable mais pas de bouteille disponible sauf le premier jour. Une salle de pdj très bruyante. Selon moi ne mérite pas un 4 étoiles

Le personnel de l’accueil est désagréable, ne prend pas en compte les réclamations et n’a aucun sens du service client! Nous avions réservé 8mois à l’avance et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec les chambres près de l’ascenseur, très bruyant. C était notre 4 ieme séjour mais nous n y retournerons pas.

Wir hatten Poolblick gebucht. Unser Zimmer befand sich direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl, der im Minutentakt rauf und runter fährt. Er ist lauter als der Fernseher auf Zimmerlautstärke. Man hat das Gefühl, ein Zug fährt durch das Zimmer, Tag und Nacht. Wir baten sofort um ein anderes Zimmer, wurden allerdings mit der Aussage, sie haben Poolblick gebucht und Poolblick bekommen, wir sind ausgebucht abgewiesen, obwohl auf allen Buchungsplattformen Zimmer in diesem Hotel buchbar waren. Man vertröstete uns 2 Tage lang mit der Aussage, kommen sie morgen früh, um 12:00 uhr, um 16:00 Uhr, heute abends wieder, vielleicht haben wir dann ein anderes Zimmer! Wir haben pro Nacht 2 Stunden geschlafen. Keine Entschädigung vom Hotel, nicht mal ein Gutschein für die Bar. So ein Zimmer ist nicht vermietbar und hatte mit Urlaub nichts zu tun.

Hotel a Roses in riva al mare, buono il servizio

Hotel sulla passeggiata a mare, ai piani alti (noi eravamo al VI ) la vista è spettacolare. Il servizio di pulizia è buono e preciso. La colazione è abbondante e varia (con prevalenza del salato) con il personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile. Pochi posteggi riservati, ma in prossimità c'è ampia disponibilità. La piscina è ben tenuta, ma la clientela osserva poco le disposizioni.

La chica de la recepción del primer dia muy desagradable quería que sin estar la habitación hiciéramos el check pq dice que luego se les juntaba gente y andaba ella mal y encima que nos indico que la entrada era a las 4 y no a las dos como teníamos contratado.La culpa se la echo a Destinia y además sin consultar nos alojaron en una habitación de minusválidos que cada vez que uno se duchaba se inundaba el baño y encima para rematar encima de los compresores de las instalaciones. Lo único positivo la piscina y la playa tan cerca el resto para olvidar. Limpieza en las habitaciones a las 2 de la tarde teníamos que esperar para salir a comer Creo que un cuatro estrellas es desde la recepción y cuidando al cliente pq la recepcionista de hoy 19 a las 8 de la mañana era encantadora y encima se ha tenido que cargar con la reclamación nuestra y de otros clientes

Très bon hôtel mais a très peu de place de parking et se garer au moi d’août a rose est pratiquement impossible donc il faut des heures pour trouver une place pour se garer Sur liste d'attente pour une place de parking mais aucun résultat sur 4 jours
