"We absolutely LOVED our stay and experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The elephants were well cared for and seemed very happy. They were purring and very affectionate towards the workers. One elephant was scared by a cat and they chased off the cat and reassures the elephant so kindly."
"An absolutely wonderful stay! We stayed for 3 nights and were impressed not only by the beautiful hotel, but above all by the incredible staff.
I travel frequently for work, have visited over 63 countries, and have stayed in many excellent hotels across Europe, but I have rarely experienced such genuine warmth, care, and hospitality.
Every single person we met—from reception and restaurants to housekeeping, gardening, yoga, and the entrance team—went above and beyond to make us feel truly...
"We tried not to nitpick as hotel is new. But by the end of our 4 nights stay, we were really disappointed. This is not an establishment living up to Accor standard.
Just some of the things that did not go down well:
1) We found hair twice - once on a plate at the breakfast buffet & once at the bottom of an acai bowl we ordered from the restaurant.
2) Room was not cleaned properly - stains leftover from previous lodger in room and toilet. Tissue box was empty by our second day, but not...
"Adi is excellent , very professional, helpful , kind and patient. The staff were also very polite , friendly and give service . The hotel is beautiful in a relaxing Jungle , you feel as if are living in our own house all secluded and in a magical spot . Best place to relax unwind and enjoy the spirit and beauty of Bali. We will come back and recommend to others."
"We had a great stay, the view was amazing both from our balcony and the property. The room was very clean with a very comfortable large bed, the bathroom had an amazing shower. Be sure to walk out of the property some amazing places to see, and grab a snack at. Thank you to the staff who were very friendly and always there for any questions. Would definitely recommend"
"Great ambiance, we stayed over a local Balinese compound with amazing views of rice paddies, the green mountain, and the blue sky. The location is not in the centre, but a perfect way to unwind and relax from daily busy. The food and service are also amazing."
"The hotel is amazing, I wish I had stayed for more nights. Waking up with the view of the rice terraces is lovely and peaceful. The staff was very friendly, they arranged pick up from the airport and put me in contact with a driver for private transportation during my stay. The rooms are clean and breakfast served at the room by request with no additional charge."
"While we had a pleasant stay overall, this is probably not a place we would personally return to.
In our opinion, the villas would benefit from more maintenance and updating. There were several areas that felt worn, outdated, or in need of repair, particularly the bathrooms. Considering the price point, we felt the overall value did not fully meet our expectations.
We were also disappointed with the restaurant food, which did not live up to the standard we had hoped for.
That said, the staff...
"Helt klart anbefalelsesværdigt!
Vi havde en fantastisk villa med udsigt til havet og egen pool. Der var lidt langt at gå fra hovedhuset, men det gjorde os ingenting.
Personalet var enormt søde og hjælpsomme. De lavede dejlig mad, som både os voksne og børn kunne lide.
Hotellet ligger dejlig fredeligt, men med mange spændende udflugtsmuligheder inden for rimelig afstand.
Jeg ville ikke tøve med at booke det igen!"
"The cleaning staff would simply turn the used cups over and place them back on the tray instead of replacing them with clean ones. The same issue occurred with the towels—they would just fold the used towels and put them back on the towel rack rather than providing fresh ones."
"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. If you are looking for something off the beaten track, with peace, tranquillity, and amazing Balinese hospitality, this is your place.
I stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was very well appointed, full of light and sunshine, and overlooking the jungle trees and nature. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to my every request. I even enjoyed a beautiful floating breakfast in my private pool, which made the experience feel extra...
