"Chaotic breakfast buffet. Practically zero hot food available. Almost all the items were empty except for the beans!
The staff were not very interested in the restaurant but the receptionist was kind enough to refund my money and get me a coffee.
No excuse for running out of food in a 4* hotel."
"Leeds Marriott was a little hard to find both on foot or by cab as it's hidden in a square off the main drag. However this is a good thing for lack of noise. The room was good.
I had the in-house breakfast although it was not particularly memorable. The dining area was very dimly lit for some reason."
"The room was beautiful. Bed and pillows very comfy and the room was cleaned to a high standard.
It was difficult to get to sleep due to the music from a near by pub and the coffee machine didn’t work it just made a huge mess on the bench.
But we did enjoy our stay and would definitely return"
"Perfect stay, especially for the price. I believe we got a good Sunday deal! Extremely good location, near everything you want in Leeds and extremely comfortable room and bed. Aircon worked well, room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! We also ate there in the evening and it was also great (if a bit expensive). There was an alarm on at 10:30 on Monday which I wish they had reminded us of instead of just having a sign at reception. Also the Q park is next door but...

"The room was nice and spacious, The carpet was uneven and old, could be changed but overall the room was cleaned properly. Most hotels have shower caps and lotions these days, it would have been nice to have one."
"Was disappointed with room very small and extra small bathroom had a superior room !! Stains on carpet shower leaked when finally managed to get into the shower ,couldn't adjust shower head definitely needs an update dont understand this hotel getting a four star"
"Had a slow drain on the shower, due to the way the shower isn’t a tray this meant water flooded the rest of the bathroom. Reported to be reception and this wasn’t fixed. Had to use a towel wedged against the shower door and then turn the water down.
Asked for more milk sachets (two for a family room with 4 isn’t enough) at reception and got directed to the bar, had a huge wait whilst they faffed around serving just one person - god help anyone if ordering a round then!

"The staff were very good. The property was good though the layout of our room was odd and the mirror screwed to the wall was on the tilt. The tv had a little quirk - it switched itself on in the night!
