"Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina.
All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful.
The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however."

"Our first impressions were mixed as this was our first time at a ski resort in the summer and there was some building work outside of the hotel we didn’t know about that concerned me and a lot of the guests were more senior so we were skeptical . We quickly changed our minds. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we all had plenty of room and the bathrooms were very generous. The sliding doors blocked the outside noise! Not sure where I’d hang all the wet ski stuff but not a problem this...

Location - unbeatable. Cliffs to the mountains are right outside your window. Canillo is small, walkable, and near a ton of hiking, skiing, or natural beauty in general.
Room - excellent. Spacious, with comfortable beds, deep and comfy bathtub, mini-fridge. While Andorra isn't nearly as hot as most of Europe in a heatwave, we welcomed air conditioning that could always keep up with necessary cooling.
Parking - great. Costs a surcharge, but super convenient, safe, onsite,...
"Great hotel, great location, great food
Stayed during a 4 day trip. Excellent location to the slopes 1 min walk through the cut through, lockers for ski equipment and the spa is small but is great after a full day skiing/boarding. The hotel is lovely, some rooms dated both types of bathrooms are shown in pics. Hotel was clean, staff were very lovely and helpful especially Gerorgina (in housekeeping, always happy and smiling) and Phillippe on the bar/restaurant lovely and chatty.

The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.

"100% recommend this hotel. The location, walking distance to the gondola was fantastic. There was a locker to store all of your ski equipment, the rooms were great, clean and had everything we needed. The best part about this hotel was the breakfast and dinner buffet. There were many options for everyone on days that we just wanted to eat at the hotel."
