"Great Check-In, Needs a Refresh Check-in was excellent. The hotel communicated with us before arrival and accommodated our early check-in request. The reception staff member was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything clearly, creating a great first impression. The pool and barbecue area were a highlight of our stay. Both were well maintained, cleaned daily, and fully functional, making them enjoyable areas to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, the loft apartment is showing signs of age...

"At first we were put in a room that should never be offered to anyone that pays to stay here it was filthy old and falling apart.... No one who pays for apartment/hotel should ever be put in a room like this. I was very surprised with this. However I went to reception and they were absolutely helpful and put us in a better and cleaner room, the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect we loved it!! Just one suggestion that the ceiling fans should be cleaned they were all coated in thick dust....

"Friendly staff during checkin and checkout. Good amenities include all available in the kitchen. There is also a public kitchen with hotplate and stove beside the pool and spa, excellent for outdoor bbq.High efficient washer and drier ate in our room and made our stay much easier."

"This is our 5th time staying at Coral Sands and we have loved it just as much as all the other times. The resort itself is just fab. Perfect swimming pool area with lots of different height levels for swimming abilities, pool water was like bath water and it was awesome that they provided lots of swimming toys like floats and snorkel masks. The general vibe is just chill and lush. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which had plenty of space, our favourite thing was to sit on the balcony area for...

"The staff were lovely I was given a free upgrade and a complimentary meal voucher for a local restaurant which was nice. The room itself needs some work done the Foxtel connection was intermittent and the toilet flush mechanism was broken and the general room needs a makeover was dirty and dated, a lot of noise From other guests and the pool gate being slammed regularly was beyond annoying. Great location limited parking"
