"If there was a 0 star, they would receive a 0 star from us. This is the first hotel I’ve seen to charge for fitness room and Pool area, while we still paid $1200+ for a short stay. Thankfully they did not ask to pay for the toilet used, bathroom shampoos and breath that I was taking in my room. I suggest avoiding staying here at any cost, and to get any hotel that is transparent and honest."

First and foremost, we couldn't use the overhead shower because if we did, it flooded the entire bathroom due to the spray going everywhere (instead of just straight down) and the design of the shower stall doors which didn't fully seal off the shower stall.
