We stayed in Room 124 with our family, including young kids, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The toilet in our room was not working at all. We reported it, but were told there were no other rooms available to move us to.
This meant that any time someone needed the bathroom—including our kids—we had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public facilities. It was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel stay.
No real solution was offered beyond that, and we were left to deal with the discomfort for the duration of our stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles these situations in the future. Basic amenities like a functioning bathroom should never be an issue.
