"We were very excited for our stay at this hotel as we had seen the pictures online and booked a sea view balcony room based on this. We open our balcony doors to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and the ‘paid for sea view’ which was a very large tree that blocked the whole view of the sea. After 20 minutes we had to close the door and sit inside our room due to people on the public benches below our room smoking not only tobacco but also cannabis with the smoke coming directly into the room.
