"Hotel was cool. Gym sucked. Staff was lost. Parking situation was wild. 40 bucks for valet or 30 for self park. Lot was tiny and you risked getting a boot on your car. Insane for it being downtown Phoenix. You’d think it was LA ? And I’m I live in LA. Anyways hotel room was cool. The gym was miserable but worked for basics. And they staff was incredibly unhelpful. But whatever. Made the best of it."

"Absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay at the resort. The room was the greats set up that I've seen in any other resort. Great style! There was a lot to do. My family and I had the most fun in a while. I highly recommend it."
