When I visited the Boone Hall plantation and photograph the area this was probably my favorite photo from the group, it is the view if you were leaving the main house and leaving the property you would drive or ride your horse of course under the mile long drive of old Live Oak trees that are over 300 years old.

"Hotel Emeline was a 5-star experience. Existing pictures and reviews don't do this place enough justice!!! We were on a girls' trip (4 girls in their early 40's from all over the US) and we would stay back here in a heartbeat if returning to Charleston in the future. The hotel has such a welcoming atmosphere - it's stylish, modern, clean and the staff are wonderful! Not to mention the on site coffee shop and restaurant are both incredible and food and Bev quality were outstanding! We went on a girls' trip for the weekend and were looking for place for 4 of us to be together. The two-king suite was the most perfect set-up with two private bedrooms and a shared bathroom - couldn't ask for more! And it was cheaper than getting two separate rooms anywhere else. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!"
