"The suggestion I would have is to flip the adult pool and the main pool. Too many kids running around screaming. We had two rooms with a very nice sitting areas out side the sliding door however the constant screaming and yelling of kids made them virtually useless. The amenities at the current main pool are tailored more towards adults. Rooms 50 & 56. That would be my main critique. The restaurants served excellent food! Thanks for asking."

"This was my first time at Azura, and it was a pleasant surprise and an excellent experience. We will certainly stay here again, and will recommend highly to anyone going to Bermuda. Nice rooms, fantastic oceanside views, excellent semi-private beach access, good amenities, and a supportive, caring staff. We were very pleased. Cannot recommend enough."

"Key punch line: Expensive/pricey hotel with mediocre service at best. If you enjoy top notch service and attention to detail this is not the hotel for you. Employees need training. Couple of things stood out from our stay the first being the hotel knew ahead of time about my milestone birthday and did absolutely nothing. Also, hotel underscored the importance of booking a taxi to and from the airport through them. Paid a premium price. We had a 6 am pick-up to the airport. Hotel forgot to secure...

"This is a great property. If you are looking for a good beach in Bermuda, this is it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The meal plan is a good value, I highly recommend. The negatives are that some areas of the property show some wear and tear (for example the hot tubs, sliding doors, rusty exterior metal items).
