"Really thankful for upgrading my triple room to a nice, clean, quiet 2-room apartment with cooking facilities. Will definitely use Hotel Sailer again if I visit Innsbruck. Highly recommended!"
"Excellent central location in the heart of the city, in a beautiful historic building with elegant, stylish interiors. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection. "Good location. Our bathroom flooded during our stay but the manager handled it very well, politely, and quickly! Upon check-in the staff member available seemed dismissive when we asked for directions to their secondary parking garage."
