"fantastic staff all were friendly and welcoming. quiet hotel even thoguh in the centre of life in Manchester. five mins from picadilly and two mins from the theatre handy for everything."

"The room itself was nice and spacious, however we came up to the room after check in opened the drawer in the desk and there was left over boxed up food from the people before. I went down and spoke to the lady on the desk and she said it’ll get cleaned and sorted straight away. We were out for the night 6pm-12am when we got back the boxed up food was still there and as I got in bed I saw left over biscuit wrapper by the side of the bed!"

"Beautiful hotel, clean, modern, large room, comfy bed, bathroom was huge with both separate shower and tub, towels. small fridge too. breakfast buffet with made to order omelets was fantastic. thank you, we will be back"

"Great building, location and staff. “Executive” room (402) was on 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor. On arrival on 4th floor, no corridor lighting so had to use light on phone to see room number. Room was especially small; same applies to 409, others on floor significantly larger. On escape plan, bathroom was bigger than bedroom. There was a bad smell of drains in corridor and in room. Windows were wide open on arrival. After closing, smell in bathroom became apparent. "Looks fantastic however, a little bit of style over substance here. Good in the bar was ok but expensive. The room looked great but few plugs and no USB sockets. The bathroom had a shower from 1982 and a shower curtain from the same decade. Nowhere to put any toiletries and no fan in the bathroom either. Bed was comfy though and the room large enough. Car park was like something of an apocalypse with cars abandoned absolutely anywhere there was even half a space. "
