"The guy at the checkin desk/bar (yes they're one and the same) was great. However, beware, they say they do 24/7 food. The weekday menu and weekend menus differ - and I quote the manager here "we have a diminished menu on the weekends." When we visited it was so diminished the only option was pizza. When you're hungry you'll take what you can get. Don't rely on the hotel for food."

"I like how it was close to the airport but thats it. Food was super expensive. There is a great restaurant across the street that was delicious and the gas station to buy drinks.They also show the pool and sauna but you have to pay additional to use those. With how expensive it was to stay there that should have been included. They offer a shuttle to the airport but you have to pay for that also."

"A very busy airport hotel with tour buses and large groups coming and going. Don’t bother with the 90 GBP early check in fee as it isn’t a guarantee of an available room, it just allows you to check in IF - by chance - a room is available. If traveling with kids, note that there is a 5 GBP per person charge to use the pool EACH TIME they want to go (per session, rather than per day). This adds up quick!
