"Breakfast was the only good thing about our stay. We had no heating. When we told them they said there was an issue and were working on it but weren’t told when we checked in which I thought was disappointing. There was no phone in room so had to find the number to call and when we did they said they’d sort out a heater. "I’d booked for a room in the Queens Wing however was given a room in the Kings wing. The room was quite dated, the carpet was old and lots of wear and tear. The room and corridors were musty smelling. The reception and bar area have been refurbished since my last visit however the rest of the hotel still needs work!"
