"I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!"

"Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!"

"The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful"

"We booked this and one other Quito hotel for my wife’s special, ‘big birthday’ trip to Galapagos based on more than 40 Hotels.com 10/10 reviews. However, whilst the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the hotel fell some way below what we, as fairly experienced international and third world travellers, consider to be quite reasonable expectations. It is located in a side street at the very edge of the ‘safe’ historic old town, to the point where locally-based lunchtime hotel diners...

" Value for the price but dated. Could use a few fixes. Tub streams didn’t work. Cutlery was broken. No remote for tv. Took literally 20-30 minutes to figure out stove. Need to leave instructions on how to. Blender broken. One bathroom had a plumbing issue which I reported not fixed. But great area. Lots of restaurants around shopping malls Plenty of night life. Rooms very comfortable, spacious which is unusual for the area. Enjoyed it. "
