"The hotel determines a level of air conditioning that it feels is appropriate for its guests. So it will block your ability to lower or activate the air conditioning unit even though they have AC. Even after raising my concerns directly, I received no apology, compensation, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I...

"Struttura elegante con bella piscina termale, personale top"

"The hotel has good facilities, including a swimming pool and spa, although we haven’t had a chance to use the pool due to the weather. The hotel is fairly well located, close to the lake and about a 15-minute walk from the main plaza, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and ferry services. Our room was very spacious, with a large balcony, a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower."

"Habitaciones limpias personal muy amable"
