"We didn’t like the fact that there was no one on site to talk to. We didn’t get fresh towels even though we stayed for 6 nights. The TV in the bedroom was broken and some of the cutlery was dirty. At the end of the stay we had to take all our rubbish to bins at the end of the street. We wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"The staff were all extremely helpful, over and above. I know the area well and have stayed in the hotel before - I will definitely return. It would be good if more rooms had walk in showers - only two rooms have them at the present time."
