"The noise at night was just ridiculous. Loud music loud kids in the hallway. Noise until after midnight. I asked for my room to be cleaned and refilled twice they came in no coffee,sweetener,stirrers.On the second cleaning there was only a half roll of toilet paper left and they never gave us a backup roll. They did not have breakfast so the coffee in the room was important. I travel a lot will never stay there again. "

"The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us get the perfect room with my two little girls. The room wasn't as clean as I expected but I would stay there again. Breakfast was good and convenient. "

"No breakfast included, at that rate it should have been. Clean comfortable rooms. Staff mostly friendly but not overly outgoing. Lots of teens/young adults in the lobby due to it being new year's eve, just loud and there didn't seem to be any staff keeping control. Mostly people just hanging out listening to loud music, treating the common area as their personal space. Uninviting in my opinion. But overall a good stay. Not sure we would stay there again, but definitely not on a holiday weekend."

"Well the first room we got was nasty so they had to give us another room. The entire stay there was horrible, marijuana smells through the vents, kids loud & playing knock and run, loud all through the night. Many kid birthday parties going on. I wouldn’t visit there again."

"Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!! The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. "
