"We paid to be in a suite which advertised a king-size bed, but the reality was it was a queen. All of the suites were in the backside of the property which offered no elevator lift. Access to the rooms had to be through an alleyway and then up two flights of stairs. Maneuvering 250 pound large carry-on bags up two flights of stairs was a little bit of an annoyance. I would’ve thought that the sweets also would’ve had air-conditioning but they did not."

The room was spacious and quiet, immaculate and the restaurant / pub was nice and relaxed. Suited us perfectly.
The added bonus of an on site EV charger too.

"The Bunk house has the character of a luxury hostel. All the amenities you could need. It's in a beautiful and easily accessible location. Very comfortable.

"Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...
"This is a fabulous cottage right in the middle of the highlands. Perfect location for a quiet stay amid beautiful surroundings that match the charm of the cottage. Rooms are tidy, spacious and comfortable, and have a unique character which really added to our stay. A generous breakfast is served in a beautiful room downstairs by attentive staff. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how helpful and courteous the entire staff was. All in all, highly recommended!"
"Not fit for human habitatation. Full of black mold. Some attempted to be wiped away, but thick patches in several rooms. Couldn't stay here with young children. After an hour of ringing around, no other rooms in FW, had to drive 4 hours home, arriving at 1.30am with young children.
Host communication poor, sent me to wrong place, neighbours all complaining about this host when I asked directions. Not the important part, but clearly characteristic. Zero response to complaint from host.
