"Very nice and satisfied"

"Nice experience"

"This is a very large hotel. We drove to the hotel using GPS couldn’t find the hotel at the location indicated. It turned out that the Renaissance sign was not lit (perhaps not working that night). We went round several times but finally found it. The hotel itself was good."

"Terrible breakfast. No restaurant . Staff not interested"

"Overall good"

"It’s an average hotel that does the job. Having to request and wait for an iron and ironing board doesn’t feel very “4 star”. Decent location for what I needed though and usually a decent rate compared with some other hotels in Reading city centre."

"The hotel is much bigger than the pictures suggest, with rooms across multiple buildings. Couldn’t find our room and two of the staff didn’t know either! Also it’s a prime Lego Land hotel so was full of families and young children - breakfast was very noisy. Don’t book if you are looking for a quiet break as a couple."

"Great location!"

"We enjoyed our stay so much the last be this was our second stay in the same hotel. We will be back again and will recommend to our friends"
