"We stayed here for a week. The bathroom in our room smelled like sewer the whole time. The hotel has a tiny elevator that leads to long wait times and is an inconvenience. The hotel didn't have ramps for carrying luggage (there were 6-7 steps to get to the elevator) and staff didn't offer help to help with the luggage either. The rooms are tiny, if you have to open two suitcases, you cannot walk from one side of the room to the other. The room didn't have refrigerator and iron, there was air...

"Very disappointing stay. The shower was not a proper shower the handheld showerhead kept moving, and it leaked constantly, so we had to use towels to keep the bathroom floor dry. The pool walls were very dirty, and despite informing the staff, nothing was done except an apology. I expected much better for the price we paid."
