"My teenage son and I wanted a location that would be a good launching point for exploring Zion, Bryce and Kanab. The hot tub and pool were something we could not do without and this location had both indoor and outdoor. I LOVED the extremely well stocked kitchen. "We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)"
