"We had a spacious in clean room . Any were also pleased to be able to utilize on site laundry facility yet a reasonable price . We enjoyed our stay."

"Front desk rep was rude to us when we asked a question about the pool area. She was overwhelmed and I get that but she could have been a little more patient with our questions. Our bathroom was also filthy. Hair all over the shower when we got there. One roll of Toilet paper was 4 squares left yet they folded it over into a point. Just replace it at that point. "

"Staff was great! There were so many fun things to do here! Breakfast was a typical full hot bar with imitation eggs, waffles, etc - Good but not great. The rooms were typical run-down older convention-center from the 70s vibe - used to be fancy but out-of-date. No noticeable smell though, and AC worked. We had to take the drain stopper (moldy and seriously gross) out of the drain to get the water to go down. Overall, fun enough to stay again. Worth the price."

"Love that they have 2 pools indoor and outdoor. Love the hours of the pool! So happy they had big rooms for families yay! The hot chocolate machine was great. Breakfast didn’t have much. "

"Room 531, I would not recommend that specific room. That being said, we have stayed here over the last 5 years and this was the first time traveling with a pet. I don’t know if “pet” rooms smell like pee normally but for the extra $50 I didn’t realize that granted a person to stay in a room that is absolutely disgusting. We must be a rare kind of people that don’t live in filth. Worst hotel, motel, tent, camper, all combined. "

"Great hotel and very clean. Check in front desk person was awesome. Evening desk people need some customer service classes and need to show some respect. Mocking a customer is not a good look. Other then that it was a great stay"
