"Overall hotel is nice & quite unique - however, please be aware of the “external noise” noted in the description of this hotel. It is referring to nearby nightclubs which play deep bass music until 4am every night. Although this is no fault of the hotel it would be a helpful addition to soundproof the cabins as we could also hear other cabins’ televisions, conversations, and ring tones, which leaves your stay feeling not very relaxed. The staff were helpful and understanding of the complaint...

"Superbe hôtel, très bien situé, personnel aimable et très à l'écoute."

"Beautiful and well maintained property. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious /very clean rooms, decent pool and delicious breakfast. Lovely beach/ Ocean view from the restaurant. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting Ko Lanta!"

"Excelente localização e instalações! Café da manhã com muitas opções e vista para o mar! Equipe de funcionários super preparada e atenciosos. É a segunda vez que me hospedo aqui e já quero voltar numa próxima!"

"What a beautiful hotel. I would recommend it to anybody and would definitely return 👍"

"the hotel grounds were not kept that well. It felt that it was overgrown and the gardens were not kept up. The yards were growing with weeds. The pool was quite nice, but it still had an area in the pool that was not cleaned daily, as the water was stagnant and did not get filtered in the very shallow area. Beautiful setting on the beach, and was thinking that it could be a much better feeling with just a little effort to keep up the property."

"We had an amazing stay!! We stayed 7 nights every single person was so attentive and kind. The rooms were great!"

"Good location and nice pool/bar."

"The staff is super-attentive and appeared genuinely pleased to serve. I highly recommend booking their transportation from the Krabi airport to the hotel - full service from door-to-door."

"We had an amazing stay at Rawi Warin Resort & Spa and would happily return. The resort has a beautiful setting, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. A special thank you to Eric, who went above and beyond to arrange an unforgettable private dinner for us featuring fresh-caught tiger prawns. It was one of the highlights of our trip and a perfect example of the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. We stayed in the Sunset Pool Villa, and it was...

"Breakfast on the other beach perfect idea"

"La chambre était propre mais tout le complexe aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Il devait être beau il y a 20 ans… aujourd’hui il y règne une ambiance de parc d’attraction désertique… le bar de plage était fermé à 21h, les massages sur la plage n’ont jamais ouvert…. C’est calme pour sur voir un peu flippant"

"10/10. Amazing for the price. Would stay here again."

"We booked this hotel for six nights and checked out after one night, forfeiting nearly $1,000 in non-refundable charges in order to salvage our family vacation. We made the decision within an hour of arriving. Positives first: the rooms are actually decent for a 3-star, and the front desk staff are gracious. However, the property is ramshackle and not well-maintained. The beach is gray, rocky and full of trash. The pool is small. The food is bad - think penne arabiatte made with ketchup,...

"A fuir le personnel n’as pas du tout de cœur c’est dommage"

"The locals informed me that this hotel had been closed for 10 years and was previously owned by the government. It has recently reopened, but the property still requires a significant amount of work to make it suitable for guests."

"The logisitic on our arrival ( taxi/boat/tuk tuk) was so well organised. As we arrived late, they offered us to order food, and complete the whole check in the following day so we could rest. We had a front view bungalow, absolutely stunning. This hotel is the clean, peacefull and the staff is so kind. Would definitely recommand."
