The hotel was incredible. The staff and attention to detail were exceptional - especially Cake. The spa was really nice, breakfast tasty with loads of variety. The villa exceeded our expectations. My one tiny issue is how expensive the pool bar was - but this is a resort so understandable.

Rooms were dated and no bedside tables. No free sun beds as hotel was overcrowded. We had 3 nights booked and left after 1 night. On checkout no-one asked why we were leaving early or how are stay was. Poor selection of food for lunch and buffet breakfast. We stayed here in 2011 and it is sad that the hotel is no longer a luxury experience.

Fantastic Hotel!

Amazing stay for our first long haul family holiday. Rawi Warin was brilliant - the room was stunning and very comfortable and the facilities throughout the hotel are all brilliant - amazing breakfast buffet, 2 great pools in the main area, pool bar and restaurant was superb. The staff throughout the resort were amazing and our 2 year old loved it. We would not hesitate to book again.

Do not stay here unless you are traveling with children and want a family-focused, all-inclusive feeling resort. The atmosphere is loud and impersonal, with children in all pools. The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds, but several basics do not work. The air conditioning was extremely loud and continued making noise even when turned off. There was no hand soap, no bedside power outlets, and the blinds cannot fully block morning light. The resort is much larger than it appears in photos, with long distances often requiring shuttles. It feels worn down, as if it was five-star decades ago but is now poorly maintained. Leaf blowers are used from 7 a.m., destroying any sense of calm. Breakfast is mediocre and overcrowded. Food and services are outrageously overpriced — 800 baht for a pad thai and 3,300 baht for an airport transfer, despite much cheaper options outside. Activities are misleadingly marketed. Bicycles are restricted to the resort area, and kayaks are limited to 30 minutes. WiFi did not work for two days and staff initially dismissed the issue. No compensation was offered. The beach, views, sun loungers, and beds are good. Overall, this is not a relaxing or true five-star experience.

Great family resort! Our villa was amazing and had spectacular views! Be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking! My elderly parents used the shuttle/golf cart service each time as they were readily available to pick up and drop off all around the property. Staff were so helpful and friendly! Beware of the monkeys…my son and I lost one flip flop to the little thieves…

Property is beautiful. Rooms are average. Beach is rocky. Location is remote. Breakfast is subpar. Coffee at breakfast is a Nescafe machine. Hotel gives you a card to keep track of the towels you request throughout your stay. Everything is extra. Property is pretty kid-oriented. Sevice is frankly terrible. If you’re used to luxury and good service look elsewhere.
