Arriving, the entrance and lobby were well maintained and nicely decorated however, entering the first floor you notice the office like false ceiling. This continues through the corridors and into the rooms. Loosing roughly 18 inches of ceiling height makes the rooms feel much smaller and gives quite a cheap characterless feel to the room. "Fawlty Towers still exists and it is right here at this Hotel. In addition you get to experience a modern day Basil Fawlty run breakfast. This is not a serious. Just sit back and watch the chaos unfold!"

"Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice toiletries and great selection of coffee and teas. Great food and drinks available onsite. Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Robes would be nice as well as body lotion or hand cream in the bathroom."

"Breakfast is average and good parking facilities. Good food pub and eat but stay was terrible with boiling hot room stay they provided a single table fan for a family of four and the windows weren’t able to be opened with the smell off the dusty carpets overall can’t recommend for a family stay"
