"Excellent service and wonderful experience staying there. Thanks"

"Nice, central location, within walking distance of Capitol theatre, shopping mall, coffee shops and public transport. Despite that, it was a quiet environment. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained, bed comfortable and water pressure in shower great! Would book again."

"Hi, Everytrhing was first class, and I would like to mention the person who check me in. Apologies but I think her name was Dianna . She was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, all the characteristics required when checking in. Regards David"

"Very good"

"Nice room, small but had everything required. Really well connected to wynyard which makes getting anywhere very easy. Would recommend as a place to stay in the city."

"Our check-in time was 3 pm. We requested an early check-in, but we weren’t able to check in until 3:30 pm. We also requested housekeeping, but only the toilet was cleaned. The rubbish in the lounge area and the used cups and mugs were left behind. We are disappointed with the service."

"Beautiful accommodation, great location!"
