"The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city."

"普通に満足しましたが、フェ イスタオルが初日は1枚のみ、2日目には1枚も置いてありませんでしたので手を洗ったあともボディタオルを使うしかありませんでした。アメニティは用意して行ったので特に不便はありませんでしたが、本当に最低限のものしか置いてません。ご参考まで。"
