"The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean it just lacked air con and with a tiny bedroom window regardless on the heating not being on there was hardly and airflow within the room. Couldnt fault anything else had a lovely stay"
"Check-in was a faff. Expedia states 15:00 check in but there is a note on the door which says 16:00. The door was locked, we couldn’t wait until 16:00. We phoned and finally managed to speak to someone who opened the door and checked us in. The room was clean but needs some TLC - marks on the inside of the door at the bottom and some damage in places to the roof. No instructions on checkout and again the pub door was locked so we just put the key through the door."
"Staff were very pleasant, friendly and exceptionally helpful. The decor in the room was beautiful and it was very clean with plenty of tea making facilities including ‘proper’ mugs and a teapot with tea cosy which was a lovely extra. However the room was very, very small and it did not have any drawers or wardrobe to store clothes (there was a small rail in the corner with four hangers to hang a few items). The en-suite was also very small but it was supplied with lovely White Company...
