"I spent a single night traveling through Lucerne with my wife and we had a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and updated, great location. Best of all, the staff were so friendly and welcoming- from the front desk to the breakfast service, each employee was excellent. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"What an iconic place to stay. We loved every minute of it! The room was beautiful and the hotel bar was so lovely. The restaurant was the least awesome part…food was just slightly above average…it should get better to stay up to par with the restaurant of the property."

وسط مدينة لوسيرن قريب من الفندق تستطيع الذهاب له مشياً تقريباً 10 الى 15 دقيقة مشياً ولاكن مع تذكرة الباص اسهل ولا تريد المشي او استخدام السياره

"La habitacions era buena pero el desayuno muy repetitivo, para una estancia corta seria correcto pero desayunar 6 o 7 días lo mismo se vuelves muy repetitivo, las especialidades locales, los huevos revueltos y el beicon que anuncian en su página brillan por su ausencia. Queso todos los días uno y el mismo , no está mal pero he estado en muchos otros hoteles de esta calidad en los que el desayuno era mucho mejor. La señora que atiende los desayunos es muy poco simpática le dije si me podía...
"Property is in an amazing location. Don't let the transit to the hotel scare you off. We did boat transfer and once we figured out the schedules it was a super efficient system to get out and about to explore. Staff was super helpful, couldn't ask for more such a relaxing stay. Would absolutely book again!"
"Dit hotel moet je alleen boeken als het droog is. Met regen wil je hier niet naartoe. Er komen is een avontuur. We hadden aanreisinstructies ontvangen die voor geen meter klopte. Het adres was in de navigatie ingetypt maar kwam niet overeen met de locatie van de P. We werden naar een bus gestuurd maar dit moest een trein zijn. Als je het hotel belt met vragen over hoe het te bereiken krijg je een bandje.
Eenmaal bij het treinstation zou het 7 min lopen zijn. Dat was het zeker niet. Het waren we...
"The hotel was in an excellent central location not only were there bus stops close by but the main train station was within easy walking distance. Our double bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and Marco the breakfast assistant was polite and attentive. The amenities were all excellent and the only thing missing was a fridge in the room which is why I only gave 4 and not 5 stars ."
