"Breakfast was a bit bland but the facilities were great, staff were really helpful"

"Stayed here alot, can get very busy and noisy at times, but in general it’s ok"

"Fantastic spot right in the center of Canterbury. That being said, not recommended for light sleepers: the streets outside are lively into the night and the delivery trucks start very early. Room was immaculate, comfy beds, and modern bathroom. Great lounge in the lobby too!"

"Updated Seven Hotel Guest Review Our double room was quite compact, with very little floor space to move around comfortably, and the double‑sized bed felt small too. The television was difficult to operate and did not include streaming services such as Netflix or YouTube, which was disappointing. We also noticed a persistent buzzing noise coming from within the room throughout our stay. Please note the hotel takes a £50 deposit for potential damages on check‑in. "Checking in was quick all staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very clean. Staff were very helpful with directions we needed. We would stay here again as it was very quiet happy to recommend"

"Staff were helpful. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean and big. The breakfast was nice and fresh and the check in/ check out was very easy."

"Beautiful property. Staff in restaurant in spa were lovely. Bar lady in hotel was miserable. Front of house staff could have been more friendly. Could be an amazing experience. Management needs to work on the staffs front of house skills."

"Took a daytrip to London. Found this gem about 1 1/2 hour drive by car. Made a last minute reservation as I was looking for some where close to the Folkestone LeShuttle transport back to France. Very cute bed & breakfast. Room appeared to be renovated. Perfectly clean & comfy with private bath. We were a little chilly as there isn't an in room temp control that we could find, but all the more reason to snuggle. Electric tea kettle was nice touch. Restaurant closed before we arrived but the bar...

"Check-in process at the Pub opposite the accommodation block was easy and straightforward. The staff were really friendly. The location was good - really close to a shopping centre if that's your thing."

"The room was large and mostly very clean except there was a chunk of something on the floor and an old food tub both under the desk. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet my first night and the following night I was able to feel a door slam somewhere while laying in bed. It seemed like it was a door from the floor beneath but it felt like it rattled the whole wall behind the bed."

"Had a lovely time at the hotel/spa . Quick check in . Staff friendly. Very clean . Breakfast was good. Spa was lovely."

"Clean and good .and the reception employee are very good"
