"Atrium is a GREAT location. Across the street from Hatton Station to take the tube or catch a bus. From any terminal in Heathrow, there is no need to get a taxi or Uber. Get on the tube from any of the Heathrow terminals and the first stop is Hatton. Get off at Hatton, walk upstairs, Atrium Hotel is across the street. You can get on the tube at Hatton and go straight into London for dinner, drinks and entertainment. Amazingly quiet, even with planes taking off and landing near the hotel. What I did not like, there are no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom or in the rooms. Lighting at bathroom mirror is terrible for shaving and face care. The hotel does not have any vending machines for snacks/sodas or a mini store to buy snacks or sodas."

"It's an amazing location. Friendly team. Expect check in queues but this time we got lucky. Lifts are absolutely awful. Take forever and can often be out of service. Rooms nice and clean but a little dated."
