"My room was not fully clean. There were stains in the toilet and had dirty water sitting in the tub. I ran into housekeeping and asked them to clean the tub as at the time that was all I saw once checked in. I did not see the dirty toilet until later. Staff needs to pay attention to detail in the cleaning department. I understand the need to turn over a room quickly but leaving things dirty and unsanitized is unacceptable."
