"Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it. "

"Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there was a fridge in the room but that didn't negatively affect our stay. Breakfast was a bit confusing. When you book it says included but when you arrive they give your a good voucher up to a certain amount and you have to cover the rest of the bill. The Rum house is a great place to grab a drink. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"The room was clean. The heater was delightfully oppressive on a zero degree day. The tv needs some updating but it was fine. Loved the bottles of water at check in. Everyone was great. Wish there was coffee in house instead of having to go around the corner to Starbucks but that’s mostly zero degree weather related. Loved my view of Broadway. "
