"Hotel was close to Ferry and train station. The air conditioner worked and the breakfast was excellent. It was sufficient for our day trip to Cinque Terre but other than that the hotel is more of a 2 star more like a motel. The lobby is nice but the rooms and bathroom need attention. Also the rooms have very small windows kind of dungeon like now mind you we were located on a floor that was similar to a basement. "Fabulous property. Didn’t luck in with the room (small balcony and average size/decor) but all other aspects of the hotel were truly world class. The pool area has amazing views complemented by attentive bar staff. Restaurant also has great views. All hotel staff were truly outstanding. "
