"This place has so much potential but there were so many little things that weren't right. The steam room was broken the whole time. We tried to make a reservation for a massage well in advance but received no response. The air conditioner could not be shut off There were no clean bathrobes and towels when we went to the spa the indoor pool and jacuzzi did not look particularly clean the one elevator was broken for part of our stay"

"The shutters on the windows made the room really dark at night and was good for blocking out the light for good sleep. The air con was ineffective. The beds were okay. The rooms were small but well set out. There was no tea or coffee facilities which I would expect in a 4 star hotel."

"Bonne option pour le parc national de Geres"

"Ubicación privilegiada."

"Muito agradável, vista deslumbrante. Comida 5 estrelas"

"The room was clean and large with a nice deck, unfortunately a hammock took up the entire deck. Our dog was welcome at this hotel. We were under the impression there was a bar/lounge, snack bar or deli and room service. All we could find was a fridge with drinks that you wrote down what you took. There is a restaurant 450 meters down the hill, we ended up driving to the grocery store. Lovely place, but we were expecting more."

"Perfect location to explore old part of town. Loved the charm of the old building. One of a kind! We’d love to come back one day."

"This was a very beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful grounds. Parking is extremely limited so reserve in advance to secure a spot in their tiny garage. We did not use the spa services as we were out and about. We had a room with a balcony and a river view and it was perfect."
