"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive.
There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel.
Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order.

"Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la posizione di questo hotel, nel verde, con ampio parcheggio e possibilità di cenare all’aperto. Personale gentile. Camera abbastanza nuova, anche se non grande (l’anta dell’armadio si apre solo parzialmente perché troppo vicina al letto), molto silenziosa e con la possibilità di fare buio assoluto. Da migliorare la manutenzione: i sanitari perdevano acqua, la cassaforte non si chiudeva. Buona la prima colazione, anche se migliorabile (poca scelta p.es. Mancava frutta...
