"The people are amazing, room was clean and the coffee was great!"

"I book the Delux king room , the room was horriible dirty , it takes them almost two ours to check me in , keep on telling me to wait "

"الفندق مريح و طاقم العمل متعاون"

"The double bedroom villa was spacious, tasteful and very well maintained. The views on itself were great, but some villas block the view to the amazing “Lobster Bay”. Luckily we could relocate the next day to a villa with optimum views. The staff really did their utmost to satisfy our needs. The restaurant is located near the resort entrance and has sufficient selection of food for a few nights stay. Local and European. And a nice range of cocktails too, if you’re into it, to only the...

"Me and my husband went here for our honeymoon and it was the best experience ever! The staff was amazing and they are really helpful and fun to be around. Keep in mind this resort is inside a nature reserve jungle so if you’re thinking about visiting the outside cities or villages you would need to arrange a shuttle with the resort or get a taxi because it is in a secluded area. Every part of this resort has amazing views and if you get lucky you might see a monkey outside your villa"

"We picked Amber Beach Lombok for our anniversary trip (we stayed for 3 nights last week), and the basic comforts let this stay down. Our first room had no hot water, weak air conditioning, and a generator right next to it that ran loudly all night when the power went out. We barely slept. Staff moved us the next day, and the new room had working AC and hot water, but it had a persistent unpleasant smell [musty, drains, damp], and the TV WiFi did not really work. Our massage on day two was...

"The reason I cannot rate Tias Villas above 3 stars is because of the Villa design. We stayed at “Jungle 4”, which is a high ceiling type with staircase without rails and sleeping at the first floor with open view to the downstairs area. It looks good, but it is incredibly impractical. It is clearly designed without prior development experience. Results: huge volume of air that needs cooling- aircons cannot follow along. Mosquitos can hide and will hunt you at night. No curtains, so you cannot...

"Posto molto bello, strutture in bamboo magnifiche. Purtroppo non sapevamo della presenza delle scimmie, che hanno un po’ influenzato il nostro soggiorno. Nulla da dire, è il loro habitat, ma ce n’erano molte e siamo stati per lo più chiusi nella stanza per evitarle. Servizio navetta per aeroporto costoso rispetto alla media."

"Toilet bowl spoilt , the lit is detached , water in the bath area is blocked by (hairs ) , and jacuzi is oily things on water , only after check in then they start wash , the worst part is , there seems some left over food in fridge . Seems like somebody vomitted in glass Cup. Haiz … the only bright spot is the tv working , can connect to YouTube . And the door can be locked . There is stray dog near bike parking area. And a cat will keep visiting my unit everyday"

"We would definitely visit again. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Really nice rooms, good food (the BBQ night is delicious) and just a perfect stay!"

"Me encantó el trato de los empleados de principio a fin. El complejo se adaptó a todo lo que buscaba, privacidad, buena ubicación y buena calidad/precio."

"Amazing place in a unique area. Staff very kind and good high quality"

"This hotel was DREAMY! We wished we had more time to spend there, but unfortunately it was a quick stay. We loved every minute of it! The entrance is stunning, staff is friendly and so helpful, the hotel’s restaurant is amazing, and the room is so spacious, comfortable and cozy! We will definitely be back and we look forward to that. Thank you Doni, Mira, Pia, Dika, Nopal, Nana, Pasta and Pojok. Doni, you were the highlight of our stay! :)"

"What an incredible place. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a feeling. You feel it as soon as you arrive, the welcome is so warm each time you return. The taxi service they offer is amazing too, nothing is too much!"

"Loved staying here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful, and the modern design creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of room to unpack your backpack and organize your belongings. We also appreciated the small hairdryer that was provided. The rooms were cleaned whenever needed, and fresh towels were always available. The laundry service was excellent as well—fast, reliable, and very convenient. As a lovely welcome, we were greeted with a complimentary...

"Har aldri opplevd bedre kundebehandling på et hotell før. Azi, Lee og de andre var svært behjelpelige med alt vi måtte trenge, og de var utrolig hyggelige! Hotellet selv var nydelig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!"
